Work of Art Pilates is an intimate studio in Ryde, Sydney, founded by experienced instructor June Kang. Soft-spoken and elegant, June brings years of Pilates expertise and a passion for creating a calming, bespoke space defined by warmth, softness, and organic simplicity. The studio centres on genuine one-on-one connections, offering each client a truly personalised experience.
How did we put that personality onto paper? After exploring numerous concepts, the solution emerged through the harmony of Pilates positions and the natural movement of a hand moving a paint brush. The identity features a figure stretching from a “canvas” frame, symbolising both art and motion. Free-flowing lines carry this expressive energy across the studio’s walls, merchandise and social media.
Side note: One of the brand’s challenges lay in its name — “Work of Art” can easily be misread as “Work of Fart” if used incorrectly!
